SUPPLIES NEEDED Aleene’s Tacky Dot Runner Aleene’s Tacky Dots Graduation cap Scissors Glitter paper Flat back gems in assorted sizes and colors Fabric initials frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen> PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Cut Glitter Paper to Size Place your glitter paper on top of grad cap and use scissors to cut to size as desired. Step 2: Apply Tacky Dot Runner to Glitter Paper Apply strips of Tacky Dots to back of glitter paper for adhesion onto graduation cap. Step 3: Stick Glitter Paper to Grad Cap Press down glitter paper onto top of grad cap in desired placement. Step 4: Use Tacky Dots to Apply Gems to Grad Cap Secure a Tacky Dot to back of flat-back gems and start securing to top of grad cap. Keep placing gems until filled.
