Place a layer of plastic or cardboard between the layers of the shirt to prevent the paint from seeping through, then place a ruler on top to guide your painting. You will need red and blue Puff Paint for the American flag-inspired 4th of July outfit! Optionally, you can use white Puff Paint for the white stripes, or just leave unpainted white space between the red stripes. Squeeze a small amount of each Puff Paint color onto a palette.
